The buildings built at this job site are: an administration building, a state-of-the-art 8-bay maintenance and repair building, a modern compressed natural gas fuel station, and a unique environmentally safe bus wash. Additionally, Icon West constructed 170,000 sq. ft. of 10-inch thick reinforced concrete paving and over 90,000 sq. ft. of asphalt paving on the 15 acre site.

The Intersection of Community and Safety

At its base, the facility will be shared with the Los  Angeles County Sheriff’s department to act as a new substation, allowing officers a midway point within their 22 mile coverage between Malibu and Agoura hills.

Environmentally Friendly

This project meets all CalGreen requirements and is expected to be a leader in energy and environmental design.
