Safety

Safety is our highest priority.

We are uncompromising in our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and community.

While it is our policy to comply with OSHA, state, and federal regulations, the motivation for our safety program lies in this core principle: We value life as precious, and therefore care deeply about the safety of others.

With these guiding principles, we strive to foster a strong culture of safety, demonstrate leadership, and make careful decisions. We embed safety into our planning process, provide valuable and regular training, and give the tools and resources needed for all to be safe and successful.

Safety is the responsibility of all employees. As such, we hold each individual accountable. We expect all employees, including Executives, Project Managers and Field Supervisors, to promote our core principles and adhere to our safety standards.

Zero Incidents

As a General Contractor, we are committed to our employees working in a Safe and Healthy Environment in which our team, subcontractors and their respective safety programs contribute to the achievement of an incident free work space.

Anyone who steps onto our site is expected to take an active and constant interest in the prevention of accidents, something we cannot emphasize enough.

Through commitment, responsibility, vigilance and proactive communication, the entire project team will achieve the goals and objectives set forth in our Safety Standards. We believe that preventing accidents, in addition to protecting the valuable project workforce, leads to increased productivity and a reduction in unnecessary project costs.
