Project Description: A new, 122,000 sqft, Gold LEED Certified, Math and Science Building for SMC outfitted with collaborative workspaces for science labs and research classrooms.

Saddleback College, Science Math Building

Value: $68 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2025 Completion

Project Description:  Demolition of existing 81,420 GSF Science Math building.  A new-story 49,772 GSF, LEED Gold Equivalent building which includes classrooms, class labs, administrative and faculty office spaces, student study areas, meeting rooms, specialized distance education spaces, building support, and reconstruct existing pedestrian bridge.

Inglewood Main Public Library

Value: $40 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2027 Completion

Project Description: All-around renovation of the 70,000sq ft, four-story high Inglewood Public Library. Restorations range from structural and seismic upgrades to parking lot improvements and redesign, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and technology upgrades.

San Bernardino County, ISD Acquisition & Improvements

Value: $24 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2024 Completion

Project Description: The project consists of the major renovation of an approximately 75,071 SF existing three-story, tilt-up concrete building and associated site improvements to accommodate the County of San Bernardino’s Information Technologies Department.

Project Description: Involves completion of one of the first large-scale zero-emission BEB (Battery Electric Bus) charging stations in Southern California.

This project will improve accessibility, energy efficiency, and safety, blending tradition with innovation for a better learning environment.

Altadena Public Library

 

Value: $15 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2027 Completion

Project Description: Full interior and exterior renovation of the Altadena Main Library. Updates include the addition of multi-use community spaces, maker and fabrication areas, functional exterior spaces, updated planting and irrigation, and comprehensive upgrades to all systems – as well as seismic, technological, and accessibility upgrades.
