Status: Scheduled for 2024 Completion

Project Description: A new, 122,000 sqft, Gold LEED Certified, Math and Science Building for SMC outfitted with collaborative workspaces for science labs and research classrooms.

San Bernardino Valley College Technical Building Replacement

Value: $70 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2025 Completion

Project Description: Over 100,000 square feet housing classrooms, research labs, offices and more for the Career Technical Education programs on campus.

Malibu Sheriff Station,    Santa Monica College

 

Value: $33 Million

Status: Scheduled for 2022 Completion

Project Description: An approximately 27,500 square foot educational facility, including an approximately 5,700 square foot Sheriff’s substation and Emergency Operations and Planning Center on the ground floor.

Project Description: Icon West is remodeling an existing warehouse space into a brand new distillery. The Hollywood Distillery will be a new tourist attraction in Los Angeles and will be one of the many stops on Hollywood’s open air double-decker tourist busses.
