Icon West, Inc. Receives 2025 CMAA Award for SBVC Technical Building
Icon West, Inc, is proud to be recognized by the San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) with a 2025 Award in the K-12, Colleges/Universities, and Libraries category (projects over $50 million) for the San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC) Technical Building. This recognition highlights the project team’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance educational facilities that support student success and workforce development.
The SBVC Technical Building is a transformative, state-of-the-art facility designed to expand and modernize Career Technical Education programs. Spanning approximately 114,000 square feet, the building consolidates a wide range of hands-on training programs-including automotive technology, advanced manufacturing, HVAC, electrical systems, and water technology-into a cohesive, future-ready learning environment.
This award reflects the collaborative effort of the entire project team and reinforces Icon West’s commitment to delivering complex higher education facilities that promote innovation, sustainability, and community impact throughout Southern California.
2024 Green Building & Community Award for SBVC Technical Building
Icon West, Inc. is honored to have the San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC) Technical Building recognized with a 2024 Green Building & Community Award. This distinction highlights projects that demonstrate leadership in sustainability, environmental stewardship, and positive community impact.
