Innovation

On this project we used an innovative curtain wall system in the lounge area to allow entry to loads of natural light. We also replaced all residence windows with high efficiency operable ones to allow better access to fresh air and ventilation.

Environmentally Friendly

This project meets all CalGreen requirements and is expected to be a leader in energy and environmental design.
