Details

In 2015, Icon West completed the construction of a 448-bed housing complex for one of our tenured clients, UCLA. The Saxon Suites were originally built in 1981 to house Olympic athletes for the 1984 Olympic Games. Requiring major renovations to all six buildings, this project included structural and seismic upgrades across the 2.2-acre jobsite. Additionally, Icon West was tasked with the construction of a new commons building equipped with management offices, multipurpose rooms, study rooms, and lounges.

This project meets all CalGreen requirements and is expected to be a leader in energy and environmental design.
