Details
Icon West was selected to construct the new Huntington Beach Senior Center Building, totaling over 38,000 sq. ft. of construction. Overlooking Huntington Beach’s Central Park, the new Senior Center boasts 30 foot vaulted ceilings, a grand entrance, extensive use of glass windows that allow generous amounts of light throughout the interior, and a modern floor to ceiling fireplace.
Community Impact
This multi-purpose facility offers a 24-hour kitchen, an event hall, as well as opportunities for involvement with a wide range of programs being offered and hosted within its walls.
Environmentally Friendly
This project meets all CalGreen requirements and is expected to be a leader in energy and environmental design.
