Bailey Expansion and Modernization

The Bailey Library Expansion and Modernization project was comprised of several changes to the 57,241 sq. ft. job site. The expansion included elements of concrete and structural steel as well as a new curtain wall system.
Collaboration
Icon West and Tetra-IBI Group worked together throughout this project. Collectively they were able to find issues before they arose and creatively work out solutions to the benefit of all parties. Constant collaboration, frequent job walks, and constructive communication allowed Icon West and Tetra-IBI Group to assure the best outcome with economical solutions in a time sensitive manner.

This project meets all CalGreen requirements and is expected to be a leader in energy and environmental design.
