The project includes the full renovation of the existing building, a 155-square-foot addition at the southeast corner, and the creation of flexible multi-use community spaces, maker and fabrication areas, and expanded meeting rooms throughout.

Improvements focus on enhanced technology integration, accessibility, and seismic resilience. All major building systems are being upgraded, including mechanical, plumbing (with the addition of accessible restrooms), electrical, and structural components.

Site enhancements include the renovation of pedestrian bridges, updated landscaping with new plantings and irrigation, and the addition of functional outdoor spaces, including a new exterior deck designed to support community use.
