The buildings built at this job site are: an administration building, a state-of-the-art 8-bay maintenance and repair building, a modern compressed natural gas fuel station, and a unique environmentally safe bus wash. Additionally, Icon West constructed 170,000 sq. ft. of 10-inch thick reinforced concrete paving and over 90,000 sq. ft. of asphalt paving on the 15 acre site.
Transporting Ventura County
Noted as the largest infrastructure project in the last decade, Icon West’s project at the Gold Coast Transit District will allow GCTD to become the largest provider of public transit with a site designed to maintain a fleet of up to 125 buses.
