HIGHLIGHTS: Repairs and Refurbishment of the UCLA Dykstra Hall Building

DESCRIPTION: This Project consists of major upgrading and remodeling of the entire 10 Story UCLA Dykstra Hall Building, about 130,000 sqft.
Mechanical work includes ducting and air distribution devices to complete the HVAC supply, return and exhaust systems; VRV system and refrigerant piping; hydronic heating hot water system including all piping. Fan coil units shall be provided at each student room, main lobby area, student lounges, offices, etc.
Refurbishment of interior finishes on the residential floors, second to ten, and first floor as well as replacement of all millwork at student and faculty apartments and all exterior windows and addition of curtain wall system at student lounges and sun screens on the exterior of the building, as well as Landscape, hardscape and civil work to accommodate new design.
