UCLA Hitch Complex

This 76,200 sq. ft. project consisted of renovations and repairs of the four existing residential buildings
used to house athletes in the 1984 Olympic Games, as well as the new construction of a Commons
building. The scope of work included a structural upgrade with shear panel, drag struts and hold downs,
along with the renovation of all housing units. Site improvements included the construction of
basketball courts, 2,400 linear feet of retaining walls, and 36,000 sq. ft. of ramps and sidewalks. Total
site area was 5 acres.
