DESCRIPTION: The work requires the new construction of four buildings totaling over 50,000 sq-ft; over 170,000 sq-ft of 10-inch thick reinforced concrete paving; over 90,000 sq-ft of asphalt paving; five acres of landscaping; a 3,500 scfm compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station; and 100% LED fixtures for both the interior and exterior lighting.  The project involves all disciplines of work consisting of civil, architectural, structural, landscape and hardscape, MEP, traffic signals and streets improvements.

The project shall comply with U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED prerequisites and credits for the project to obtain LEED certification under LEED Version 4 for Building Design and Construction (LEED v4 BD+C) certification.
